Shipping Policy

Please note that all Theikos fragrances are crafted with care and may require up to 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (or equivalent carrier) and typically arrive within 1–5 business days after processing. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your order.

Theikos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

At this time, Theikos offers shipping within the continental United States, Canada, and select international destinations. We are continuously working to expand our delivery zones.
