At Theikos, we take great pride in crafting fragrances that are carefully prepared and packaged with intention.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrances.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the product and packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

We’ll gladly review your request and work toward the best possible solution.

Refund Policy

At Theikos, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Because our fragrances are personal care products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • your order was never delivered due to a verified shipping issue
  • you received the wrong product
  • your item arrived damaged and your claim is approved

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Theikos.
