Shipping Policy
At Theikos, every fragrance is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged with intention to ensure it arrives beautifully.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS or another trusted shipping carrier, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Theikos is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Theikos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package cannot be located after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
